We are looking for proactive, curious, and motivated Interns to join the global HR Team from our Munich office. The internship will give you an opportunity to experience the general day-to-day business as well as to work on very specific projects. In our dynamic environment, you can take on ownership over projects and drive our company’s growth, from supporting strategic decisions and meetings to drafting and implementing changes.

Aufgaben:
 Identification of opportunities for improvement of our employer brand status
 Participation in idea creation for new employer branding activities
 Creation and drive of collaborations with universities and higher education insitutes
 Review of advertisements in close co-operation with Marketing and updating of content
 Support in day to day business (e.g., Updating and maintaining Intranet activities)
 Preparation of key figure reports for HR controlling, analysis and evaluation of surveys and research activities
 Creation, administration and filing of personnel documents (e.g., contracts, certificates of employment)
