The Job
The position of Trainee Manager is to support the Registered Home Manager in providing the best quality childcare in a safe and care focused environment for the young people.
A Trainee Manager will be responsible for delivery of all care services, as well as the strategic planning for development within the home and all day to day management matters. They will demonstrate the ability to build on the well established principles and practice standards and pro-activity contribute to the continuous improvement of childcare standards across the company.

Requirements:
• Qualifications in: Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Pedagogy & other related Social Studies
• Good skills in communicating & listening
• One year residential experience
• Flexibility
• Driving License
