Position: Senior Residential Worker
Salary: From £ 21,690 - £26,139 ( + extra money for sleep ins and weekends)

Qualification: Social Pedagogues, Pedagogues, Social Workers with knowledge of Pedagogy essential
You must have studied this in Germany, the Netherlands or Scandinavia have work experience in Germany. This is a specific requirement of this central government project.
Description:

The employer provides warm and accepting respite care for children with Autism and complex needs. You will be supporting these children and teenagers to fully tap their potential, increase their self confidence, teach them everyday life skills and develop into happy, healthy and responsible young adults who contribute towards the community. You will also be expected to assume responsibility for the operation of the home when acting as shift leader. Also, part of the job will be to promote and communicate the idea of (social) pedagogy to your British colleagues. To some extent personal care is required.
